Lady Gaga's arrival at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards was simply a glimse into the kind of costuming that she could unveil. While the dress is rather complicated, the look from the neck up could be cleverly recreated with perfect curls, some pink hairspray (or check out a wig like this), the right hat, and a few feathers.
