F.A.Q.
- Q. How often should I touch up my color?
- A. The answer really depends on how fast your hair grows. Hair typically grows at a rate of one-half inch per month. Most people feel the need to retouch their color every six to eight weeks.
- Q. How much should I tip my hair dresser?
- A. Standard tipping rates for hair dressers are the same as those for just about any service. 15% to 20% is customary if you are satisfied with your service. Of course, if you are not satisfied, I recommend not tipping for your service until you are happy!
- Q. How often should I use a deep conditioning treatment?
- A. The answer depends upon the dryness of your hair. For very dry hair you can use a deep conditioning treatment one to three times per week. For most people, one or two times a month is sufficient.
- Q. What do I do if I am not happy with my hair cut?
- A. Absolutely be honest with your stylist! Let her know what you like and what you don't like and politely ask her to make an adjustment. As a stylist, we are human and we've had bad hair cuts too! We understand that we don't always get it right. Most stylists will be happy to adjust your cut at no charge as long as you let her know right away.
